Can I order only one item?
This is one great reason to shop with our company. No order is too small. Try it out before you order a large amount.
How are the sets of 4 and sets of 2 packaged?
If they come with personality boxes, you will received 4 boxes for each unit purchased. Some items, for instance, have 4 sets of 2 in one unit. So if you order 8 units, you will be receive 32 favors. If you have specific questions concerning an item please feel free to email or call.
SHIPPIING AND HANDLING QUESTIONS:
1. What about shipping and Delivery times?
All shipping is done through UPSGround. Most orders are shipped out in 2-3 business days. Larger orders can take a little more time.
2. Do you ship Internationally?
Currently we ship in the United States and Canada.
For personalized tags, please allow 2-9 business days for processing, depending on our demand. Tags are mailed separately from the order itself.
3. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately UPS will not ship to P.O. boxes.
RETURN POLICY QUESTIONS:
What is your return policy?
A customer can return items up to 75 days from the date purchased for whatever reason. Personalized items may not be returned.
PRIVACY QUESTIONS:
Will I be bombarded with emails from other companies?
We respect your right to privacy. We will not share your name, address, phone number, or email address with anyone else. Your information will only be used to contact you in regards to products purchased or any new products we feel you would be interested in.
